In La Sierpe, a fire ravaged 250 hectares of land designated for grazing. The fire spread to the vicinity of the La Sierpe Photovoltaic Solar Park, where fortunately no damage was reported, according to authorities.

"It is a tragedy what has happened in our community. We are devastated to see how the fire has consumed an extensive area of grasslands," lamented a local resident.

The flames were fought for hours with the help of firefighters and local volunteers, who worked hard to contain the fire and prevent it from spreading further. Despite the efforts, total loss of the 250 affected hectares was declared.

"It's a hard blow for the ranchers in the region, as that land was vital for grazing cattle. Now we will have to look for alternatives to ensure the feeding of our animals," expressed one of those affected by the disaster.

Local authorities have begun an investigation to determine the causes of the fire and do not rule out the possibility that it may have been intentionally set. In the meantime, the community is coming together to support those who were harmed and assess the damage caused by this unfortunate event.
